The Translational Research Program (TRP) at a glance

  • Master of Health Sciences in Translational Research (MHSc), known as the Translational Research Program (TRP)
  • Program length: 2 years
  • Program structure: Year 1 – Core courses and modules (in-person typically twice a week), Year 2 - Capstone research project (based on students work or interests)
  • Program Director: Dr. Edyta Marcon
  • Cohort: a mix of students continuing their studies from a variety of health-adjacent backgrounds; healthcare professionals, usually mid-career, such as clinicians, nurses, social workers; and those working in industries associated with healthcare from pharma to software engineers.
