Professional Development Advisor
The Professional Development Advisor will provide guidance to students on building and advancing their careers in healthcare and related fields. With expertise across sectors academia, healthcare delivery, and industry, this advisor helps students identify and pursue professional opportunities, develop essential skills for the healthcare industry, and refine career goals.
They can offer insights on networking, resume building, job search strategies, and navigating professional pathways.
They will hold weekly office hours for students to seek personalized advice, make appointments, or drop in for support with professional development.

Current Professional Development Advisor
Healthcare Strategy and Policy Advisor
The Healthcare Strategy and Policy Advisor will assist students in developing strategic approaches to healthcare innovation while navigating the complexities of healthcare policy and regulation.
Drawing on experience in healthcare management, policy development, or industry, this advisor will help students align their projects with regulatory requirements, policy frameworks, and broader healthcare trends. They will provide guidance on implementing innovative healthcare solutions within the constraints of the current policy environment, offering insights into regulatory affairs, clinical trials, healthcare delivery, and advocacy.
The advisor will hold weekly office hours, providing personalized advice on both strategy and policy to help students create impactful, real-world healthcare solutions.

Current Healthcare Strategy and Policy Advisor
Patient and Caregiver Engagement Advisor
The Patient and Caregiver Engagement Advisor will support students in developing approaches that meaningfully integrate the perspectives of patients, caregivers, and those with lived experience into research and innovation projects. Drawing on extensive experience in engagement, ageing, and health innovation, this advisor will help students design solutions that are inclusive, practical, and responsive to the needs of end users. They can offer guidance on partnership building, co-design methods, ethics of engagement, and translating lived experience into impactful outcomes. The advisor will be available by appointment for students to seek advice, mentorship, and feedback on integrating engagement into their work.
