Benjamin Banh

Ben is a graduate from the University of Toronto with an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, Physiology, and Immunology, and a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering.
His research interests include neurological conditions, specifically those that cause motor impairments.
During his undergraduate career, he was introduced to various topics in neuroscience in his courses and gained exposure to wet lab research on glioblastoma in his thesis project. As he pursued his master's in engineering, he was exposed to various research and technological innovations used to treat various neurological, musculoskeletal, and motor disorders.
At TRP, he hopes to develop real-world skills and explain his skillset for solving pressing healthcare problems.
In his free time, Ben enjoys staying active, going to the gym, and competing in sports like paddling with his dragonboat team. Outside of athletics, he enjoys trying different restaurants around the city.
