HBSc
I recently completed an Honours Bachelor of Science with a double major in Molecular Genetics & Microbiology and Human Biology, and an Art History minor at the University of Toronto.
I am a recipient of the Brookfield Peter F. Bronfman Leadership Scholarship Award at Woodsworth College, and I am excited to continue my education as a first-year master’s student at the Translational Research Program at the University of Toronto.
Throughout my time as a research trainee at the Multi-Organ Transplant Student Research Training Program at Toronto General Hospital, I led various projects relating to patient education in transplantation, kidney donor outreach, health innovation, and quality improvement initiatives. I became passionate about the field of transplantation, working with diverse groups in healthcare, and pursuing research initiatives focused on patient-centered care. Additionally, I am interested in the intersection between health and community, particularly community health and homelessness, and applying the human-centered design process.
Outside of academics, I enjoy competitive games of volleyball and spikeball. I also love painting, dancing hip-hop, and karaoke!
