Dr. Mullen recently retired from his position of an Associate Professor with University of Toronto Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology, that he held for 40 years.
At the same time he held many positions related to his pathology training, including Staff Pathologist at the St. Michael’s Hospital, staff pathologist at Mount Sinai Hospital, Head of Autopsy Services at Mount Sinai Hospital, Director of Patient Services, and most recently, Deputy Director of Laboratories, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Mount Sinai Hospital. He also served as a consultant pathologist at many clinical laboratories.
During this time, Dr. Mullen received many prestigious honors and awards, was heavily involved in research and has published extensively.
Dr Mullen is the Laboratory Director for FlowLabs, a leading resource for the laboratory investigation of male infertility in Ontario.
