Master of Health Science (MHSc) in Translational Research
is a project-based graduate degree intended for students from diverse backgrounds who aspire to apply knowledge for innovation in healthcare. Students explore strategies, competencies and creative problem-solving approaches indispensable for innovating people-centered processes, procedures, products and services.
The two-year competency focused degree employs collaborative and self-directed “learning by doing” to challenge students to think differently.
Our curriculum is a combination of in-class seminars, workshops and projects that provides direction for broader student initiatives as part of their own self-directed learning in the community. Seminars are designed as a rallying point for discussions, peer learning and facilitation as students network and engage in real-world problems through their co-curricular activities and professional activities.
through real-world challenges, mentorship, networking, and personal development plans, students gain experience, expertise, and practical insights into processes, regulatory frameworks, translational networks and strategies applicable to a range of careers across medicine, health and care.
