We believe a direct and open discussion is the best way to make sure that there is a match between the program and the applicant so all applicants completed applications (including unofficial transcripts, a LOI, CV and 3 referee letters) will be contacted for an interview.
After the interview, your application documents and TRP assessment are forwarded to the IMS Program and Admissions Committee for review. Upon review, the IMS Admissions Committee may issue an “Offer of Admission”. In some cases, the Committee may defer their decision and ask for more documentation.
The Committee may place conditions on the offer (e.g. the offer may be conditional until final grades or official documentation is provided). All offer conditions must be cleared before a student is allowed to register in the program, or your position is forfeit and another student will be given the opportunity.
Since the TRP is a cohort-based program with a limited enrollment, successful applicants will be contacted in writing. You will be given two weeks to decide whether to accept, reject or defer your offer, after which other students will be contacted. Once the cohort has been established, letters will be sent to the unsuccessful applicants.
