Brief Bio:

A firm believer in collaboration and co‐operation, Dr. Schwenger advances technologies, processes, and systems innovation. In 1998, she founded <a href="http://www.patientcaresolutions.com/">PatientCare Solutions</a>, a company that specializes in development and delivery of patient education and support programs for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Using key learnings as a clinician and from PatientCare Solutions, in 2010 she founded <a href="http://m-healthsolutions.com/">m‐Health Solutions</a>, which uses mobile cardiac diagnostics to service patients throughout Ontario and soon Alberta. To date, over 36,000 patients have been diagnosed with the technology. Dr. Schwenger is an expert advisor. She is a member of the Board of Directors of <a href="https://www.medec.org/">MEDEC</a>, the national association for Canada’s innovative medical technology industry. She is also an Advisory Board Member of the <a href="https://www.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/eng/">National Research Council</a>.
