Occupational Therapist, Manager of Clinical Research
Emily Ho is an occupational therapist at SickKids who specializes in paediatric upper extremity evaluation and rehabilitation. She has both research and clinical duties in this area. Currently, Ho is working on the development and validation of decision support interventions and outcome measures in paediatric upper extremity conditions. As the Division’s manager of research activities, Ho provides support and guidance for the interprofessional staff and trainees regarding research methodology, procedures and ethical obligations. Since 2004, Ho has been actively involved in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. She has contributed as a clinical fieldwork supervisor, musculoskeletal lab instructor, and research supervisor for the MSc OT graduate research projects.
